- All Sales Are Final: Since every piece is tailored specifically for you upon request, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and placed into production.
- Sizing & Custom Measurements: We offer the choice to order via our standard Size Guide or by inputting your own Custom Measurements.
- We kindly ask that you review your selected size or verify your custom measurements carefully before finalising your purchase.
- Because we cut and tailor the fabric precisely to the specifications provided, we cannot accept liability or offer adjustments for incorrect measurement submissions or size selections.
Exceptional Cases (Manufacturing Flaws)
We are dedicated to absolute perfection. In the highly unlikely event that you receive a piece with a clear manufacturing defect or an item that does not match your confirmed order:
- Please contact our customer care team via Instagram DM within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- The item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with all brand tags fully attached.
- Once the defect is verified by our team, we will gladly arrange to correct, alter, or remake the piece to meet our uncompromising standards.
